Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay overall, enjoying an amazing deluxe spa room with stunning views of the Gold Coast. The staff were fantastic, and the dinner served was delicious. However, the room could do with some updates, and the pillows didn't suit my preference. The lack of modern entertainment options in the room, like Foxtel, was also a bit disappointing.
I had mixed feelings about my experience at the hotel. The room was spacious with a spectacular view, but the service fell short of expectations, particularly for the price. Dining was also a letdown, with poor breakfast options and average food quality at the bistro. However, the bar had fantastic views, making it a nice spot to enjoy a drink.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the views from the outdoor area were absolutely fantastic and a highlight of my visit, the food didn’t quite live up to expectations, feeling quite ordinary and overpriced. The atmosphere indoors left something to be desired too. However, the welcoming staff and the stunning mountain views certainly made up for those shortcomings.
Our experience at this hotel was far from ideal. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance made the atmosphere drab, and the food quality did not justify the steep prices. While the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, at least the outdoor tables allowed for some fresh air. Overall, a disappointing visit that left us craving a better dining experience elsewhere.
